OSHC Bookings and Registration
For NEW families to My Family Lounge, click on the REGISTER button on the right. You will then be taken through a registration process to create your MFL account. For families with existing MFL accounts, please skip to step 2!
Please ensure you do not register for more than one MFL account.
Log into your MFL account and complete your child’s enrolment, and submit your booking request for permanent bookings. For casual use only by submitting your child’s enrolment you will be able to access the service casual.
Please ensure you attach your direct debit authorisation form (in forms section, under OSHC), child’s immunisation certificate, medical action plans or court orders.
If you have requested permanent bookings, we will contact you and advise if we have a spot available for your child. If we have a spot, we will email you an offer and ask you to accept and confirm the offer (if you do not accept or confirm the offer will expire and your booking request will become invalid).
- Please make sure you do not create a new My Family Lounge account if you have previously used this system before or currently use it for another child. If you are unsure whether you have an account, click ‘forgotten password’, enter your email address and select ‘recover account’, this will either send you an email or let you know that the details are invalid (which means you don’t have an account).
- So, if you already have a MFL account, please use your original account and select our service (Pascoe Vale Primary School OSHC) to update and submit your child enrolment information and update your booking request.
- When making a casual ASC booking between 9am-3:30pm for that same day you will need to leave a voicemail or text the OSHC mobile 0407 805 250, if your child is unaware and needing to be called over the PA system at the end of the day.
